Sam’s career started when he was 15 before he left school, unsure on whether to go into teaching or to follow an interest in food.
After some soul searching Sam decided to follow his passion for food. Then getting a job at the Cross Keys in Stow, Lincolnshire as an apprentice he enrolled with the Lincoln college to study for NVQs in catering which left him in no doubt that food was his main passion; doors were opened for him that led to opportunities of which he could never have dreamt.
Sam’s career has gone from strength to strength from a 15 year old apprentice to owning his own company in 10 years.
Lizzy began her journey by doing some casual pot washing at 16 and has worked her way up to event management. Picking up several qualifications along the way, Lizzy has worked on and managed events for as many as 250 people.
From picnics in the park to 5 course wedding breakfasts, Lizzy has a wide range of valuable skills to create a perfect event.
