Who are we?
Husband and wife team Sam and Lizzie have been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. Having won awards all over the country, their key skillsets have been showcased in travel guides, and praised on television and radio. With the family and company going from strength to strength, they cannot wait to see what new goals they can reach in 2018.

Sam’s career started when he was 15, before he left school. He developed a passion for food and managed to get an apprenticeship at the Cross Keys in Stow under the tutorage of renowned outdoor caterer Richard Davis. Sam also enrolled with the Lincoln College to study for NVQs in catering, which left him in no doubt about his direction in life. Doors were opened for him that led to opportunities of which he could never have dreamt, working in some of the best kitchens in London, Lincolnshire and beyond. It gave him the inspiration and foundation to grow something special of his own, all within 10 years.
Lizzy began her journey by doing some casual pot washing at 16, and has worked her way up to become a successful events manager. Picking up several qualifications along the way, and becoming a proud mother to their children, Lizzie plays a vital role in the company’s operations.
She has planned a range of events for as many as 250 people and is recognised for her attention to detail and organisation skills. As the business and amount of services offered by Salted Orange grows, Lizzie continues to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations and put them at ease.
