We’ve been featured in the Bailgate Independent again, this time featuring a recipe for seabass with broccoli, oyster and couscous. This dish is absolutely delicious and perfect if you want to treat yourself or your loved ones. Seabass is one of the best fish to cook and is a long-time favourite. The featured article also has a little section which introduces us and Sam’s beginnings as an apprentice chef in the industry.
